After graduating with her law degree, Crystal worked as a landman, where she figured out she had a knack for title research. Here, and later in her legal practice, she developed her skills working with highly complex oil & gas title issues. Throughout her career, she has overseen oil & gas acquisitions in excess of $1 billion.

She joined Hampe Law Firm in 2014 and was made partner in 2020. She was nominated to Texas Super Lawyer’s list of Rising Stars in 2021-2024. She’s also been named to the Top Women Attorneys list for 2021-2024.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family on their Frankston farm and attending her children’s performances and sporting events.
